20 Years of Specialization: A&S Machinery Knocks on the Door of International Exhibitions with Professional Strength

This invitation is not only an acknowledgment of A&S Machinery’s industry standing by the organizers but also a recognition from global clients of its 20 years of technological dedication in the wear-resistant parts sector.

Since its establishment in 2008, A&S Machinery has consistently focused on the niche market of mining wear-resistant parts. The company has dedicated itself to the R&D, production, and sales of metal wear-resistant parts and core components for heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, and mining crushers. It has gradually evolved from a small processing workshop into an industry benchmark enterprise with an annual production capacity exceeding 5,000 tons, 3 major production bases, and 12 national patents.

For years, through its unwavering dedication to core wear-resistant technology, A&S Machinery has developed a series of cost-effective products ideal for the extreme operating conditions.
Its independently developed "High-Chromium Alloy Wear-Resistant Liner" utilizes a proprietary heat treatment process, with a hardness above HRC 60 and a service life that exceeds standard industry products by 30-50%.
The "Low-Temperature Toughness Wear-Resistant Parts," specifically designed for the geographical conditions of mines in arctic regions like Mongolia and Russia, can maintain stable mechanical performance even in extreme cold as low as -40°C, effectively eliminating the risk of brittleness and cracking common in traditional wear-resistant parts under low temperatures.
A&S Machinery's "one-stop" spare parts solution provides customized design, production, and after-sales support tailored to the client's equipment models and operational needs. Having served major domestic enterprises like China Minmetals Corporation, Pingdingshan Group, and Sinohydro Bureau 7, it is also exported to countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, such as Russia and Kazakhstan, earning a strong reputation in the international market.
